Technical Account Manager - Bazoka

What you will do

As a key member of the Bazoka team, the Technical Account Manager serves as the primary technical liaison for our key equipment accounts. Your core mission is to ensure customer success by maintaining strong relationships, developing new opportunities within your accounts, and providing hands-on, on-site problem-solving. You will be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of their Bazoka equipment.

This role requires frequent travel to customer mine sites to conduct equipment health checks, provide technical support, and troubleshoot any operational issues in the field. You will work to deeply understand customer challenges and proactively identify opportunities to add value through new solutions, services, or equipment upgrades. You will act as a critical link between the client and our internal departments, collaborating closely with the Sales team to grow accounts and providing direct field feedback to our Engineering teams to help improve our products.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in a field service, technical support, or account management role, preferably within the mining or heavy equipment industries.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting industrial equipment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with on-site operators and senior management alike.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer mine sites.
